Meat! Wine! It’s Cowboys & Gauchos presented by The Wine and Food Foundation this Sunday, February 24, at The Salt Lick (BBQ) in Driftwood. A variety of local restaurants will be serving their spin on Texas and South American BBQ. Hitting the flame will be Nilgai antelope, lamb, wild boar, pork belly, beef tongue, goat and more. Wash it down with South American and Texas wines. For those who are looking for a kid-friendly event, the organizers are pitching it as an afternoon of “family fun”.
